What languages will my assistant speak?
English will be the primary language that we communicate in.
Can I speak to my workers directly?
You will be able to communicate with your assistant accordingly. We will also help you optimise your workflow through outsourcing.
What happens when my assistant doesn’t show up for work?
There is an add-on package for 100% uptime should your worker doesn’t show up or is away on leave.
Can I replace my assistant if they are not suitable?
Of course. If we receive any complaints on the worker, we will replace your worker for free after careful investigation of the case being raised.
What is the policy for termination?
We need a one-month notice period after probation of the worker whose contract will be terminated.
